Needed a small window repaired. Dropped it off in the morning and was ready by mid afternoon. Very easy, fast turnaround & very fair price. Definitely recommend this location

I had an excellent experience with R &S glass and mirror. My elderly mom had a broken bedroom window. I called and explained the situation to Rob. Within a few hours he performed an onsite evaluation and took measurements. Rob understood the importance of making the process as stress- free as possible. The work was completed in a timely manner. The new window looks great and the price was even better. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. Thank you!

I called to get a quote for replacing the glass of a basement window and to ask how much it would cost for someone to come out, inspect it, and complete the work. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and informed me that there would be a $170 service fee for an on-site visit, which would be applied toward the total cost if I chose to proceed with the repair. He also explained that it would be cheaper if I brought the window in myself for glass replacement. This alone saved me a significant amount of money, and since the shop was close by, that option was convenient. I texted photos of the window, and he was able to provide a quote based on the images, as well as guide me through removing the window since I wasn’t sure how to do it. About an hour to an hour and a half later, I received a call that the window was ready for pickup. I picked it up and installed it with no issues as the fit was perfect. In contrast, other places I contacted were not able to provide quotes over the phone, and even with photos, they either couldn’t estimate the cost or had no availability. This shop was able to handle everything the same day, which I appreciated.

Steve got me hooked up with a new windshield for my 2013 Ford Fusion. He went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely fashion that fit my schedule. The quality of the work is 100% and done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend their company for all things glass.

I called early am & expected to to leave a vm. Bob immediately picked up, gave me a quote without hesitation & scheduled my install for a glass table top for my dining room table! I’ve been dealing with online companies all expecting me to provide exact measurements to cut a template for a table that does not have a straight edge. Bob you are the epitome of professionalism and I sincerely thank you for your assistance & service which is half the cost of your larger unprofessional competitors. I absolutely live my table and cannot thank you enough for saving me over $1000. Ruth Ciszewski THANK YOU!

So I got a shadow box for Christmas for my old army uniform that was a gift. First day I brought it home it tilt over and shattered. I've lived in Perth Amboy all my life and never been here. Then again I never needed glass repaired to be fair. Not wanting to spend 100 dollars on another box I went here to get the glass. Stop by and gave them the measurements and next day the glass was ready. They even offered to install. I thought I had that handled, but I didn't so I went back and asked to get it installed 😅 and over the weekend and boom Monday it was ready for pick up! I definitely recommend 👌 for anyone who is looking for glass repair or replace. Their Son is a veteran as well so definitely felt welcoming.
